What a pleasure it was dealing with MCR Bikes. I purchased a Cube reaction hybrid 600 2026 E-MTB. The bike was at my door step within 48 hours from purchase. Before buying, i had called up and dealt with Olly over the phone querying him on the bike. I then spoke to Jake after placing the order asking for some guidance on Mudguards and accessories. When the bike arrived, Box looked great. It was very simple to set up. I just had to put the front wheel on with an allen key as well as the handle bars and Pedals. Will definitely be dealing with MCR again for my wife. Overall 5 stars. Cheers.

How does the bike arrive?
Boxed and part-assembled. You fit the front wheel and the handlebars, it’s as simple as that. No previous bike knowledge is required. We are only a phone call away if needed: 0161 399 0796. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
What warranty is included?
A 6 year Cube warranty, plus a 2 year Bosch warranty on the motor and battery.
What if it is not right?
You have 14 days to return it.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, finance is available, and Klarna lets you split it into 3 payments at 0% interest. 18+, T&Cs apply, credit subject to status.
Can I use Cycle to Work?
Yes. Halfords Cycle to Work and all Cycle to Work schemes are accepted.
Can I collect it?
Yes, you can collect from our shop in Prestwich, Manchester, or we can deliver nationwide.
