I cannot recommend the team at MCR bikes enough. Following a desperate Christmas sale, they went out of their way to make sure my son would receive his bike for Christmas Eve. What a pleasure it was dealing with MCR Bikes. I purchased a Cube reaction hybrid 600 2026 E-MTB. The bike was at my door step within 48 hours from purchase. Before buying, i had called up and dealt with Olly over the phone querying him on the bike. I then spoke to Jake after placing the order asking for some guidance on Mudguards and accessories. When the bike arrived, Box looked great. It was very simple to set up. I just had to put the front wheel on with an allen key as well as the handle bars and Pedals. Will definitely be dealing with MCR again for my wife. Overall 5 stars. Cheers.
