• HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE CYCLE SCHEME?

    Buying a bike through the Cycle to Work scheme is straightforward. Apply for your voucher directly through your employer and reserve your bike by emailing us which bike you are intersted in.

  • STEP 1 - APPLY

    Find the bike and accessories you are interested in and ask your employer to apply for a voucher code via one of our accepted schemes.

  • STEP 2 - CONTACT US

    Once you have received your voucher. Email us on info@mcrbikes.uk with your code, what bike and accessories you are interested in.

  • STEP 3 - DELIVERY

    Once we have been in touch, we will take your delivery details and arrange delivery. It's as easy as that.

Please note, Halfords charge retailers a 10% commission, which is passed on to you as a 10% fee when using a Cycle2Work voucher. This fee must be covered by the customer.

Can I sell my bike bought under the Cycle to Work scheme?

Yes, you can sell your Cycle to Work bike.

My employer doesn't have a cycle scheme, can I still apply?

If your employer does not have a scheme, speak to your HR department who will be able to set one up at no cost.

Can I Use C2W Scheme on any bike?

The voucher can be used with most of our bikes for sale. Some may already be heavily discounted meaning we could not accept a voucher for them but it is best to contact us directly to confirm.

How long is the Cycle to Work repayment period?

The minimum term of the salary sacrifice is generally 12 months, with some schemes and employers offering 36 or 48-month options too. Be sure to check the full terms of your scheme with your employer.
