After Placing an order with us you will receive confirmation that your order has been received and will receive confirmation that it has been dispatched when it has.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered;
- We have reason to suspect that there is a risk of a fraudulent transaction.
If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us (in respect of Goods provided by us, and delivery services provided by the delivery service provider (unless amounts in respect of delivery are refunded directly by the delivery service provider), from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

MCR Bikes's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Mobile Terms of Service

The MCR Bikes mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by MCR Bikes (“MCR Bikes”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to MCR Bikes’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of MCR Bikes through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with MCR Bikes. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to MCRBikes or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MCR Bikes mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Returns
You Have the right to return an order within 14 days of its delivery. Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used.
We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Warranty
Warranty Coverage
- The Mcrbikes warranty covers structural damage to the frame, specifically cracks or a snapped frame, for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions - Parts:
- The warranty does not cover damage to individual parts, including but not limited to brakes, suspension components, cogs, or any other non-structural components that may break or wear over time.
Exclusions - Electrical Parts:
- Electrical components, such as batteries, motors, and any other electronic parts, are expressly excluded from the warranty coverage.
Claims Process:
- To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact MCRBikes customer service within the one-year warranty period.
- Proof of purchase and details of the damage must be provided.
- MCRBikes reserves the right to inspect and verify the claimed damage.
Limitations:
- The MCRBikes warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or any unauthorized modifications.
Repair or Replacement:
- MCRBikes will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the damaged frame under warranty.
- If a replacement is issued, it will be of equal or greater value, depending on availability.
Voiding the Warranty:
- Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the bicycle, as well as failure to follow the recommended maintenance procedures, will void the warranty.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including sending the damaged item to MCRBikes and the return shipping of the repaired or replaced item.
Disclaimer:
- MCRBikes reserves the right to update or modify the warranty policy without prior notice.
- The warranty policy is effective from the date of purchase and applies to MCRBikes products purchased directly from authorized dealers.
